Format tab. No need to turn off your SP Flash Tool, please select the Format tab, from which previously was the Downloads tab. Disconnect the data cable (connection) between the PC and your Android smartphone.
Select Options. Select the Auto Format Format Flash and Whole flash except Bootloader. Then press the Start button.
Connect your Android device. Make sure your Android Smartphone remain in the off state, and then connect it to a PC using a data cable.
Format success. Wait until the format process reaches 100% and notice " Format OK " appears.
After formatting is complete , simply repeat the process of flash your Android smartphone.
